Meet star instructors with impressive titles
Only the very best of the world’s bartenders are selected to be EBS instructors, and over the past 12 years we have gathered together a team of the strongest talent from around the globe who have become part of the EBS family.
Our instructors have experience in some of the world’s most highly regarded venues, have international bartending awards and titles to their names and have represented some of the world’s most widely recognised spirit brands, but they don’t just have fancy business cards - they also have the winning spirit of EBS under their skin. Having trained over 40,000 bartenders at EBS, they know better than anyone how to get the best from students so they can emerge from the course as skilful, knowledgeable, professional bartenders.
Among our cast of star instructors are Tom Dyer and Johannes Kinch. You’ll meet Tom Dyer at our EBS school in London. He has won 50 international titles in bartender competitions in 35 countries. He’s won the World Championship, and over the last 7 years has been ranked among the top five in the world in flair. Despite his star status, he is very down to earth with a great passion for bartending that he loves sharing with our students. The seven-time Swedish flair champion, Johannes Kinch, has won the Nordic Championship and taken third place at the World Championship in the same discipline in 2009. Johannes Kinch has worked for EBS since 2002, and is one of our most experienced, professional instructors. All our teachers live and breathe EBS, and it is this passion and community spirit that sets EBS apart.
